Fun way to have a end of year top list! I did think Drive Angry was loads of fun as a pseudo B-movie with a big budget. Else, for the most part, I agree with your favorites and runner ups with HP7.2, Midnight in Paris, and Drive up there as my favorite so far this year.
No Drive? I’m shocked, I thought it would be on everyone’s list this year (even though I haven’t seen it yet). Good list though!
Thanks, Castor! Yeah, I really have liked some of Nic Cage’s past stuff, but I really think he’s been making a lot of crap movies this past year. I’m waiting for him to do something good again! And wow–I totally forgot about Drive! It’s a movie that I’ve been wanting to see, but just haven’t made the time for it yet. Definitely belongs on my “wanting to see” list.
